Mentor a team of developers across back-end and front-end technologies
Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java-based applications
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA, UI/UX...)
Drive implementation of microservices and modern software architecture
Provide technical guidance and code review to ensure high-quality delivery
Interact with stakeholders and contribute to technical planning and decision-making
Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, version control, and automated testing

Yêu cầu công việc
Proven experience as a Java Technical Lead/ Senior Java Developer, or similar leadership role in tech
Extensive hands-on experience with Java, Spring (Boot, JPA), Java EE, and optionally Node.js
Solid experience designing and implementing cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
Familiarity with gRPC and RESTful API development
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
Solid understanding of software development tools and practices: Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing
Front-end experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js or React is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated leadership, team-building and motivation skills
Strong customer empathy with a desire to build exceptional user experiences
