- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to define the scope and features of the phone insurance MVP
- Collaborate with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
- Develop along with the client product manager the various process flows, wireframes, and mockups to visualize the user journey and UI/UX
- Identify and prioritize along with the client product manager MVP features based on business value and feasibility
- Facilitate communication between the development team, stakeholders.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or technology industry
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience working with MERN stack or similar web technologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and process flows
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience working with MERN stack or similar web technologies
