Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to card products and services.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Way4 card management system, supporting configuration, implementation, and enhancement activities.
Facilitate end-to-end system integration using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring interoperability with third-party systems (e.g., mobile banking apps, payment gateways).
Design and document data models and workflows to support new card features, promotions, or system enhancements.
Work closely with developers, testers, and operations teams to ensure business requirements are correctly implemented and tested.
Perform root cause analysis for production issues, ensuring timely resolution and long-term fixes.
Create and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders to validate business needs.
Leverage Oracle database knowledge to write and review SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and issue investigation.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis within the banking or financial services sector, with a focus on credit card systems.
Proven experience working with the Way4 (OpenWay) platform.
Strong understanding of credit card lifecycle processes, including issuance, authorization, clearing & settlement, billing, and disputes.
Experience in API integration, including familiarity with JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP standards.
Proficiency in Oracle SQL for data analysis and querying.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with digital payment ecosystems such as tokenization, contactless, 3D Secure, and mobile wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Familiarity with card scheme requirements (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS).
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis within the banking or financial services sector, with a focus on credit card systems.
