BA Experience & Skills
Experience as a Software BA (3 years) for OSP/Officer, (5 years) for Senior
Excellent at Communication & Negotiation in environment with multiple stakeholders
Excellent at Presentation (Diagrams, Matrix…) & Documentation for Business & Technical audiences (in both English and Vietnamese)
Excellent in Requirement Elicitation & Specification
Data Knowledge & Skill
Excellent Level on SQL (extract data on DB)
Experience on Enterprise DB Server: SQL, Oracle, IBM/DB2
Good understanding about Cloud technology (AWS/Technical stack: Glue, Athena, S3...) & Knowledge for implementation at Data warehouse (Dimensional Modeling, ETL, Staging, DataMart, SCD, CDC)
Bank Domain Knowledge & Experience
Strong knowledge & proven experience about Bank’s general knowledge: Products, Channels, Systems.
Understanding about Bank’s data from System point of view (required for Senior)
Experience on Bank projects is big plus
Others
English: Excellent level – can communicate smoothly with foreign parties (required for Officer/Senior)
Proven experience on Integration projects (handling on Data Mapping, Data Modelling...) (required for Senior)
Proven experience on international projects with stakeholders from various countries (required for Senior)
