• Act as the main point of contact with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with customers, sales and delivery team to ensure smooth communication and effective project execution.
• Manage project progress, scope, timeline, risks, issues, and overall delivery performance.
• Monitor KPIs, resource allocation, project quality, and team performance to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Lead regular meetings with customers and internal teams to review progress, align actions, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Support staffing and resource fulfillment activities, including profile review, interview coordination, and feedback follow-up.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities for account growth.
• Prepare project reports and provide timely updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure all project activities comply with company processes and customer requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar client-facing delivery role.
• Experience in Banking projects is required.
• Understanding of banking domain knowledge such as Digital Banking, API, or system integration.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good experience in project planning, delivery tracking, risk management, and team coordination.
• Customer-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving ability.
• Good command of Vietnamese and English in working environments.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar client-facing delivery role.
• Experience in Banking projects is required.
• Understanding of banking domain knowledge such as Digital Banking, API, or system integration.
