1. Advanced Business Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deeply understand strategic business requirements and translate them into BI solutions;
Lead the gathering and analysis of complex requirements from multiple business units to ensure comprehensive coverage of information needs.
2. Architecting and Designing BI Solutions:
Architect and design robust data models, data warehouses, and ETL processes;
Develop and oversee the implementation of advanced BI tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy , ensuring they meet scalability and performance standards.
3. Data Management and Quality Assurance:
Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and accuracy within the BI system;
Implement and monitor data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity across the organization.
4. Optimization and Performance Tuning:
Conduct in-depth performance tuning and optimization of BI queries, reports, and dashboards;
Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of BI solutions to ensure they meet business needs efficiently.

Must have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field;
4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role;
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R;
Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI);
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders;
Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and techniques;
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have:
Ability to create interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations;
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries;
Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL;
