• Design and implement SCALABLE APIS AND MICROSERVICES
• Build systems for REAL-TIME DATA INGESTION, PROCESSING, AND DISTRIBUTION
• Work with large-scale financial datasets and trading workflows
• Optimize services for LOW LATENCY AND HIGH THROUGHPUT
• Design distributed systems deployed in CLOUD-NATIVE ENVIRONMENTS
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and observability
• Collaborate with frontend and cloud teams to ensure seamless integration

• Strong proficiency in RUST AND PYTHON
• Experience building HIGH-PERFORMANCE BACKEND SERVICES OR DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMS
• Deep understanding of API DEVELOPMENT (REST, gRPC, WebSockets)
• Experience with EVENT-DRIVEN OR STREAMING ARCHITECTURES
• Strong knowledge of LINUX SYSTEMS AND PERFORMANCE TUNING
• Experience with CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE AND CONTAINERIZED ENVIRONMENTS
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience with FINANCIAL SYSTEMS, TRADING PLATFORMS, OR CAPITAL MARKETS TECHNOLOGY
• Familiarity with REAL-TIME DATA PIPELINES OR ANALYTICS SYSTEMS
• Experience with CONCURRENCY AND LOW-LATENCY ARCHITECTURE IN RUST
• Knowledge of DATABASE TECHNOLOGIES (PostgreSQL, time-series DBs, or NoSQL)
• Experience building HIGH-PERFORMANCE BACKEND SERVICES OR DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMS
