Maintain and enhance backend services of the Core Banking System.
Analyze and resolve bugs, incidents, and performance issues in production and nonproduction environments.
Perform database query tuning and manage core banking services.
Write and maintain technical documentation (design docs, API specs, release notes).
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met.
Collaborate with developers and business teams.
Submit weekly progress and incident reports to the project manager.
Comply with development standards, security policies, and change management procedures.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in backend development
Prior experience in banking, finance, or fintech systems is highly preferred
Familiarity with ISO8583, payment gateway protocols, and banking system integration is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills
Experience in developing main services using C-based frameworks
Proficiency in building terminal/screen interfaces with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
Strong knowledge of database design and management using Oracle SQL/PLSQL • Experience working in Linux/Unix-based operating environments
Ability to ensure system performance, stability, and scalability.

Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
Good written communication skills in English.
Responsible, proactive, and detail oriented.

Professional Level
3–5 years of relevant experience (middle level).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in financial services or banking IT systems.
Knowledge of banking protocols (ISO 8583, SWIFT, etc.).
Familiarity with Napas 247, eWallet, and SBV reporting.
Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements.
