- Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native data pipelines, using Databricks, for large-scale analytics and AI applications.
- Develop and maintain robust backend APIs and data services to support internal tools and client-facing products.
- Oversee and execute data migration initiatives with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Work directly in the Databricks environment for development, orchestration, testing, and deployment of pipelines.
- Implement and enforce CI/CD best practices, Git workflows, and engineering standards across the data team.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers, consultants, and external stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, including cloud-based architecture, data pipelines, and system integration.
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Git, and managing CI/CD pipelines in team settings.
- Previous experience in Spark and Databricks projects.
- Eagerness to grow into a Data Engineering Lead role — ownership mindset, technical leadership potential, and delivery accountability.
- Business conversation skills in English. (TA từ trung cấp trở lên)
