We are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance web applications, optimizing performance, and working with modern technologies and tools.

Must:
1. 4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails development
2. Optimization techniques for large databases skills.
3. Background jobs, when to use them or not, common things that can go wrong, etc., and preferably different processors (such as Sidekiq and Resque) and their differences and relative merits.
4. REST APIs, including designing, implementing, and consuming them.
5. How to benchmark the app, and not just for speed but also memory, network i/o, disk i/o, etc.
6. Have knowledge and experience in using MySQL
Good to have:
1. Hands-on experience writing command-line apps using Ruby libraries.
2. Expertise in Rails.
3. Work experience as a Ruby Developer., HTML, CSS
4. Work experience with AWS services.
5. Reviewing Ruby code skills
6. Work experience in google API, JSON API"""""""
