Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Rust
Optimize system performance and ensure reliability at scale
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
Write clean, well-tested, and efficient code following best practices
Contribute to system design, architecture decisions, and code reviews

Yêu cầu công việc

4+ years of experience with Rust in production-level systems
Proven experience working with high-performance backend systems
Solid understanding of software design principles and system optimization
Experience with microservices, concurrency, and distributed systems is a plus
Familiarity with database systems (SQL or NoSQL)

⭐ Nice to have (plus points):
Experience with any of the following: WebAssembly; Blockchain platforms; Embedded systems development
Contributions to open-source Rust projects
Experience in performance profiling and tuning
