Design and build essential components of blockchain protocol, shaping its future development.
Analyze and compare current and emerging blockchain/DLT platforms, especially those emphasizing privacy, and compile detailed assessments.
Execute proof-of-concept initiatives and thoroughly document research findings.
Contribute to technical discussions around system architecture and help shape the engineering roadmap.
Maintain and improve current protocols to enhance performance, security, and stability for enterprise-level usage.
Collaborate with open-source communities on areas such as data privacy and interoperability, utilizing advanced techniques like zero-knowledge proofs and state channels.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Over 5 years of experience in software development.
Practical experience with blockchain/DLT technologies such as Hyperledger Besu, GETH, Fabric, or Canton.
Solid foundation in basic cryptographic methods, including digital signatures, key encryption (symmetric/asymmetric), and key exchange protocols.
Bonus: Experience with advanced cryptography, such as zero-knowledge proofs or group signatures.
Familiarity with Merkle Trees.
Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and performance/memory optimization.
Proficiency in backend languages like Go, Rust, or Java.
Preferred Attributes
Comfortable with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
Experience developing and deploying EVM-compatible smart contracts.
Knowledge of peer-to-peer networking concepts such as gossip protocols, DHTs, routing, and NAT traversal.
Background with Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
Contributions to blockchain-related open-source Ethereum projects.
Understanding of consensus protocols like Raft, Paxos, or QBFT.
