Technical Skills
Experienced in Python development
Experienced in SQL
Experienced in system design
Knowledge of CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD
Good at identifying and solving code-, performance- and SRE related problems
Soft Skills
English (80% of engineers are non-Japanese. We are a very international team.)
Ability to take responsibility of a task and see it to completion
Ability to work on a task / project with other engineers
Ability to communicate clearly with non-engineer stakeholders
