Helix Mesh is currently offering an exciting permanent opportunity for Software QA based in Ho Chi Minh City. We are seeking for a Software QA who is proficient in
manual testing workflows (e.g., Postman), English-speaking, experienced in software testing. This position will work on projects including Swan Chain, Nebula Block according to company requirements.
Location: District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Helix Mesh, a branch of Swan and Nebula Block)
Work Location: In person (all business days)
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct thorough testing of our APIs and websites
● Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and development team to identify,
document, and communicate bugs and issues.
● Work with the Project Manager to prioritize bugs and track resolution progress.
● Provide clear and actionable feedback to developers to facilitate prompt fixes and
improvements.
● Maintain detailed testing documentation and reports on testing results.

Due to the nature of the job, business requirements, or the needs of the organization/department, you may involve various time shifts to coordinate with Canada Team and be available in EST/DST time zone in case of such necessity.

● 3+ years of related work experience (Intermediate level or higher)
● Experience in software testing, preferably in backend systems.
● Familiarity with Postman.
● Experience testing user interfaces (UI/UX)
● Experience using test management tools (Jira/ X-Ray)
● Knowledge of test automation software (Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin)
● Understanding of Scripting Languages (Python)
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey issues to
both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus.
● Experience in Web3 testing is a plus.
