- Review requirements, specifications, and technical documents to provide timely and meaningful support.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and execute testing activities
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track issues
- Coordinate with developers to fix bugs
- Use various tools to gather logs to help troubleshoot, debug and fix issues.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- At least 1-2 years as QC/Tester.
- Have experience with banking/finance/eCommerce is a plus.
- Experience with accessibility standards.
- Experience with load testing, backend testing and performance testing.
- Knowledge of SQL for analysis, reporting, and data correction.
- Knowledge of software testing methodology, solid knowledge and experience applying Context Driven Testing is a big plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
