Collaborate with teams to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interfaces of the desired product
Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
Research, try and apply new technologies to the products
Optimize system to ensure it meets performance, security metrics
Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
Oversee and support the coaching and training of team members to ensure all necessary employees are confident in the use of software applications
Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions
Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace

Expert in one of the programming languages: Golang, PHP, Java, NodeJS, Javascript, Python, Ruby … and prefer code with Golang/ VueJS
Willing to learn new programming languages, and new technologies and improve problem-solving skills
Experience in software engineering and microservice
Familiar with database (SQL + NoSQL) is a plus
Passion for product development with millions of users
Understanding of software quality assurance principles
A technical mindset with great attention to detail
High-quality organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
Willing to learn new programming languages, and new technologies and improve problem-solving skills
Experience in software engineering and microservice
