We are looking for a Project Manager who will be the vital link between the IT systems and business objectives by working with customers and supporting the analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of software product features.

- Over 3 years of PM experience in an IT company
- Experience managing projects with teams of 5 or more engineers in Vietnam
- Direct negotiation experience with non-engineer clients and engineer clients in Japan Experience in scope adjustment, schedule creation, and budget management through
discussions with clients
- Experience in managing and developing subordinates Proficiency equivalent to N1 level
- Japanese Language Understanding of IT terminology
- Ability to clearly define and structure complex problems
- Ability to think logically and make decisions based on data and facts
- Analytical skills to understand causality and identify root causes Communication skills to convey your thoughts logically and persuasively
- Understanding and delivering the quality expected in the Japanese market to clients
- Leadership Ability to lead and drive a project team, including engineers, towards goals
- Nice to Have
- PM experience in Agile development
- Business-level English proficiency
