Work with clients to understand their PSA requirements and configure FinancialForce PSA to meet those needs.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Analyze client data and provide recommendations for improvements.
Configure and customize FinancialForce PSA, including setting up resources, projects, and billing rules.
Create custom reports and dashboards to meet client needs.
Provide technical support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide training to clients on the use of FinancialForce PSA.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in configuring and customizing FinancialForce PSA.
- Experience with PSA processes and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of FinancialForce PSA, including the ability to configure resources, projects, and billing rules.
- Experience with Salesforce and FinancialForce ERP.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
