Required skills and experiences
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (Electronics, Maths & Computing, Information technology)
**If the person has done a Bachelor's only - their graduation date should be in or before 2021.
**If the person has done a Master's degree - their graduation date should be in or before 2022
- Location: Based out of non-US geographies (LATAM, Australia, Eastern Europe and Asia)

- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, system administrator, or similar
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role
- At least 1 year of experience in MongoDB/ NoSQL and Python
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript with contributions to production-ready systems
- Working knowledge of ML and AI
- Experience with AWS
**Key competencies: JavaScript/ React/ Next/ __.js, AWS/Cloud/Backend (Bonus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team environment
Timezone: - US/Pacific Time zone Support: Given that a majority of our clientele are US-based, you'll need to be available for at least 6 hours between 7 am PT to 6 pm PT.
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, system administrator, or similar
