3) User ID management on Active Directory (AD).
4) Handle VM administrative tasks on VMWare platform.
5) Daily server monitoring tasks.
6) Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
7) Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions.
8) Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
9) Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
10) Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
