Now we are focusing on developing and selling anomaly behavior detection AI products in the field of security & monitoring. The product has received very high praise from large real estate companies, building management companies, and large shopping malls in the Japanese market. In Vietnam, the product has entered the TOP 5 of the AI Awards 2022 organized by VNExpress. With this product, we believe that the security surveillance industry will be brighter by adding AI features without changing the security camera system, thus greatly improving operational efficiency.

We're searching for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who has strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. The COO will lead our development team in an efficient, productive, and high quality
Detail:
Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels
Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
Oversee product/project development, quality, and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met
Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement

Yêu cầu công việc

Required skills and qualifications
5 years or more of experience in executive leadership roles in the IT domain
Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
Understanding of IT product/service development process and operation
Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
Business Japanese (N2 level)
Preferred skills and qualifications
PMP certification
Experience working in multinational companies
