Responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android) using React Native.
This role owns the mobile frontend, works closely with back-end and product teams to deliver high-quality features, and ensures a smooth, performant, and reliable user experience on both platforms.

Mobile Application Development
 Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.
 Translate UI/UX designs and product requirements into responsive, pixel-accurate, and reusable mobile components.
 Integrate mobile applications with back-end services through RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or WebSocket connections.
 Implement state management, navigation, offline handling, push notifications, and deep linking as required by the product.

Performance & Quality
 Optimize application performance, memory usage, startup time, and bundle size across both platforms.
 Debug, profile, and resolve issues, crashes, and platform-specific bugs.
 Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and development processes.

Release & Platform Management
 Manage the build, release, and deployment process to the App Store and Google Play, including versioning and store submissions.
 Handle native module integration and configuration when platform-specific functionality is required.
 Keep dependencies, SDKs, and native tooling up to date to ensure long-term maintainability.

Collaboration
 Collaborate closely with back-end developers, designers, QA, and product owners to deliver features end to end.
 Participate in estimation, planning, and technical discussions; propose technical solutions and improvements.
 Communicate progress, blockers, and risks clearly with the team and stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-have
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
 Strong hands-on experience building and shipping production mobile applications with React Native.
 Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern front-end development practices.
 Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, or equivalent) and navigation libraries.
 Experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data.
 Understanding of the mobile release lifecycle, including App Store and Google Play submission.
 Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
 Ability to debug, profile, and optimize application performance on both iOS and
Android.
 Careful, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
Nice-to-have
 Experience with native development (Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java) and writing native modules.
 Experience with CI/CD tools for mobile (Fastlane, App Center, EAS, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).
 Experience with automated testing (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, or equivalent).
 Experience with push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, and third-party SDK integration.
 Experience working in a software company, outsourcing company, or an environment with multiple client projects.
 Interest in or experience with the sports/golf industry is a plus.
