• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• English fluent
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in backend languages: Java, TypeScript, Node.js.
• Expertise in frontend development with JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience with Vue or React.
• Experience in blockchain development, including Solidity and Ether.js.
• Proven experience in sprint planning and project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
