• Minimum 5 years of related work experience with Quality assurance
• Experience with automation testing
• Participate in SDLC activities, such as design sessions and requirements review
meetings
• Provide detailed test effort estimates (LOE)
• Prepare test data, execute functional and SIT tests and data validation controls
• Identify and track defects through to resolution
• Work with both internal and external teams to identify opportunities for
improvement
• Provide technical leadership, mentor other team members, and train others as
needed
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities and takes ownership of
assigned projects
• Skilled in writing detailed Test Scenarios and Test Cases
• Proficient in writing detailed Test Approach documents
• Capable of conducting meetings, defect triages, and test artifacts reviews
• Coordinate and support Integration efforts, as needed
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology, project delivery methods, tools, and
concepts.
• Experience with AWS technologies including containers and messaging
• Demonstrated functional test experience, including test analysis
• Thorough understanding of QA Processes methodology analytical and operational
experience
• Working knowledge of Jira and Zephyr• Maintain the test case repository and traceability
• Good understanding of RDBMS concepts, especially with Oracle database
environment is must
• Comfortable writing SQL queries
• At least 4 years’ Experience with Unix
• Securitization background not required but considered an asset
• Knowledge of Mortgage Industry data standards (e.g.: MISMO, UDP)
• Strong communication and team skills
