I translate requirements into technical and architectural solutions for implementation by the engineering team.
I established a tech stack to meet requirements now and into the future.
I work as a liaison between engineers and designers, making sure they're on good terms with one another so that I can analyze any issues before it slows down our process.
I work with the engineering team and QA to ensure code quality and standards. Leading code review and using it as an opportunity to upskill the team.
I stay up to date on tech trends and new best-practice tools and techniques for better software engineering work.
I coach and mentor other engineers, and other people in the wider team as required.

Key Requirements And Skills
● At least 5 years work experience in developing applications and 2 years as senior engineer, guiding the team and good knowledge in web technologies.
● Strong grasp of best practices, tools and ways of working
● Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, preferably in a leadership role
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Experience evaluating priorities and dividing work within a team
● Start-up tenacity, resourcefulness, delivery mindset
● Experience investigating and translating business requirements to a tech team
● Good working knowledge of modern development practices (TDD, CICD etc)
